NASA officer arrested for arranging sex with teen

Citrus County, Florida -  Cocoa resident Christopher Jonathan Albritton, 31, has been arrested in Citrus County after he responded to an ad online that he thought would lead to a sexual encounter with a 14-year-old girl via her mom.

The arrest report says that Albritton responded to an online ad placed by undercover officers back in March. The ad promised a a "single mom" and her 14-year-old daughter who were looking for "family fun."

Albritton graphically described in text messages what he would like to do sexually with the 14-year-old. He wanted the girl to answer the door in only a towel so that he could perform oral and anal sex on her, and wanted her to perform oral sex on him.

On April 7,  Albritton's message said he was free for the weekend, and wanted to meet. Four days later, Albritton again asked for a meeting and by April 13, Albritton texted saying he would arrive at their home in Citrus County.

Albritton was arrested when he arrived at the undercover location and admitted communicating with the fictitious mom and daughter, and discussing sex acts he wanted to perform with the daughter. He was charged with using a computer to solicit sex with an underage child, using an Internet service to solicit that sex and traveling to a location to engage in that activity. Bond was set at $30,000. Police seized a cell phone, two laptops, an iPad and Albritton's Nissan Titan truck.

Albritton is employed as a Department of Defense police officer for NASA,and was active in the Navy Reserve, due to be deployed next week. He traveled from Jacksonville where he was training for deployment, to Citrus County, where he was arrested.
