Construction expected to slow traffic in coming weeks

Construction expected to slow traffic in coming weeks

Crystal River, FL -- Those that regularly drive the intersection of County Road 491 and C.R. 486 in Citrus County should prepare for slower traffic in the coming weeks, according to the Board of County Commissioners. More utility work is scheduled through the end of January.

Motorists on the 491/486 intersection should be watchful for the next two or three weeks as the contractor for the C.R. 486 widening project makes lane shifts for traffic near the intersection of the two roads.
