Central Ridge Community Center at Beverly Hills Revitalization complete

Beverly Hills, FL -- Citrus County is excited about the fresh new look at the Central Ridge Community Center in Beverly Hills. County maintenance crews worked around the clock throughout the 37-acre site.

The county gives a special thank you to the Department of Public Works and the Grounds Maintenance crews who shoveled through weeds, tall grass and general maintenance to bring the area back to its original beauty.  Mosquito Control applied herbicide around buildings, trees and other structures to control insects and pests.

The Parks and Recreation department worked closely with the community in order to maintain the current membership, offer new levels of memberships to meet family needs, and is instrumental in enhancing the facility by creating new programs along with other goals for the future.

The County would like to thank the Beverly Hills Recreation Association for helping the County make this transition as smooth as possible.

Residents will see ground maintenance crews on hand for the next few weeks making adjustments and repairs throughout the site.

The positive feedback from residents who live in Beverly Hills acknowledging the upgrades and strides the county has made is greatly appreciated and the county is excited to see what’s in the future for the Central Ridge Community Center in Beverly Hills.
